She shared how to make the M5 calls (request call to confirm that the doctor's clinics have received the refill request, and whether the request was reviewed or being reviewed, → inform the patient of the status of the request. PCQ calls (tech + RPh).



M5 calls have deadline at 12noon!!

So our strategy is we will divide and conqure. Divide up the call among available techs
1) How many M5 calls in the AM (9-12noon) → how many techs in the AM → total calls divide by available techs + me
  : 50% is success rate, and so I only need to make 1/2 of the total calls
